01 / QUALITY
Every batch leaves with its own paperwork
Documentation is part of the delivery, not something requested afterwards. Traceability runs from the raw material through machining and heat treatment to the packed shipment, and inspection records cover 100% of factory output.

Material certificates
Each shipment carries material certificates that tie the finished parts back to the raw material batch they were produced from.

Dimensional inspection records
Bore, flange, spline, keyway and length measurements are recorded batch by batch before packing.

Hardness reports
Heat treatment results are measured and filed with the same batch paperwork, so hardness can be checked years after delivery.

Shafts and couplings, standard or built to drawing
The range covers universal joint shafts, cardan shafts and the couplings that connect them — supplied as standard series or made to a customer drawing, including drop-in replacements for imported drives.

04 / ENGINEERING BASIS
Materials, splines and balance
Material and heat treatment are selected per application — torque, speed, misalignment, environment and duty cycle — and specified on the drawing before production starts.
- MATERIALS
- 6061-T6 aluminium, 40Cr, 42CrMo, 20CrMnTi, GCr15 bearing steel, 304 stainless — matched to load and operating environment.
- KEYWAYS AND SPLINES
- GB/T 1095 keyways, GB/T 1144 straight-sided splines, GB/T 3478 involute splines.
- BALANCING
- Dynamically balanced to ISO 1940-1, grade G6.3, for high-speed shaft assemblies.
- HEAT TREATMENT
- Quench and temper for 40Cr and 42CrMo, carburizing for 20CrMnTi, through-hardening for GCr15; working-surface hardness is specified in HRC on the drawing and confirmed by the hardness report shipped with the batch.
