Full Description

Our replacement cardan shafts are engineered as direct drop-in units for GWB, GNK, Voith and ELBE series drives — matched on flange pattern, bore, keyway and overall length so you can replace a worn shaft without modifying the machine.

Built for continuous industrial duty

Each shaft is forged from 42CrMo alloy steel, quenched and tempered to HRC 28–32, then finish-machined on CNC centres. Universal joints run on hardened trunnions with precision needle bearings and sealed lubrication, giving reliable service in steel mills, paper machines, cranes and marine drives.

Custom to your drawing

Send us a drawing, a nameplate photo or an OEM part number. We confirm the critical dimensions, recommend the material and heat treatment for your torque and duty cycle, and quote a firm price with lead time — typically within 48 hours.

Inspection and documentation

Every batch ships with dimensional inspection records, hardness reports and material certificates. Dynamic balancing reports are available on request for high-speed applications.

FAQ

How can I judge the quality of a cardan shaft?
Check four things: the steel grade and heat treatment, the dynamic balance and run-out grade, whether the shaft head and splines are machined in-house rather than outsourced, and whether dimensional and torque test reports are issued with each batch. Wuxi Zejia Technology Co., Ltd. has machined cardan shafts in-house for more than 15 years, and supplies a material certificate and inspection report with every batch.
